The site has  32,500 Sq.ft. land in a Taggar Village on the outskirts of the Hoshiarpur city, where the hospital is plan to design.       Owner wanted an  hospital with all modern  amenities and facilities  available for patients and  their beloved  family members. Hence, the  layout plan  designed in such a way  consisting of    all their requirements .


The hospital’s design has characteristics of modernism and simplicity. The Exterior view is  displayed by the exterior’s soft pastel colors. A waiting lounge area inside the window gives the people in  the recreation room a view of the outside.

The large rectangular shape of the land allowed us to design places with  pathways and entrance areas served as free circulation for people. 

This hospital  has some  front area so it is utilized as a minimalist garden complete with relaxing spots. This garden is equipped with green grass ,some beautiful flowers, plants and beautiful  tall trees. This spot is also equipped with comfortable garden benches for sitting with loved ones.
The front of the hospital  has plant pots made up of   concrete , metallic and natural stone etc. Windows and doors  with large glass panes and Natural wood used in Doors make this hospital  look magical appearance.


The ground floor of the building has  a massive parking lot. There are two Roads   front and rear side   offers a dreamy  exterior View of the Hospital building . The entrance pathway to the hospital has  massive parking areas.

The hospital building has  two floors.In G.F. main features are as follows:-Two Entry ways, Generator Room, A Large Lobby,   Doctor' Room -   Nos.  2,  An X - Ray Room,Scanning Room, Operation Theatre,Recovery Room,Female Ward,Gents Ward, Private Rooms  Nos.10, Toilets,Security Room, Emergency Room,Lift area,Stair case Area,Ramp,Nurse's Room, Courtyard,PorchAreas,
CanteenArea etc. 



Large sized glass openings connect the front elevation to front garden & backside areas to the corresponding garden to create a beautiful  look from inside as well as outside also.  
The symmetrical and firm details on this two-story hospital are very clear and the exterior gives sweeter  look   . A concrete, large building hospital  has used neutral colours  grey and off light colours
with fine details in every and each corner of walls .


This project  has lots of construction work which can take some time to review again in another post.
