Owners Mr. andMrs. Sharma both  share their requirements to fulfill  their sweet home' desires , but couldn’t be more distinct. Mr. Sharma desired a modern, introspective enclave that felt quietly peaceful and  modern style house while Mrs Sharma visioned a soft light textured space. Despite their creative differences, both shared a common dream of a home that was simple, personal yet cohesive, something that represented them. Their children are also  interesed  in  aesthetically  beautiful. Meanwhile Family had a single practical request: optimize use of every niche and corner of the home.

 This House is located in Bahadur pur, Hoshiarpur. The plot is a corner facing   with a built-up area of 1500 sq.ft., designed in contemporary modern architecture as an independent house at three levels, including terrace.
The entrance opens up into the living area with a double height for a grand entry. I like to give layers to the spaces . It creates an interesting hierarchy and breaks the monotony. 



Ground-Floor Layout 

On the ground floor, a small open-to-sky courtyard greets visitors  Parking is accommodated towards the front.




  • On Ground Floor , the Kitchen area , a Puja room, the living area and two bedrooms with attached toilets , A stair case is designed in living room    that free flows towards first floor. Two bedrooms with attached toilets 
  •  On Entry A porch is designed with double height .Two gates are designed as this is two - side open plot . 

This home is thoughtfully aligned , allowing natural light to the interiors throughout the day. At its heart lies a  rectangular living area that seamlessly flows into the dining space

The kitchen and second master bedroom are positioned on the south- east side of the house, welcoming soft yellow morning light, while the single bedroom sits on the west side, catching the warm afternoon sun. 



Modular U-shaped kitchen in a pastel-colored  designed for  couple. Its design offers ample open space, allowing for free-flowing movement  who enjoy cooking together and sharing culinary experiences.







A kitchen is designed in pretty pastel shades .
The overhead cabinets have handled storage units to keep all your pantry essentials.
A crockery unit with a frosted glass shutter to keep expensive crockery and dinner set safe.
The base cabinet has drawers and multiple pull-out units for a hassle-free culinary experience.
A  Countertop to lend a luxury appeal to the entire space.
A heavy-duty chimney and in-built sink area unit to keep your kitchen clean and oil-free.





The main master bedroom is placed along the western-side, directly opposite the home’s entrance, ensuring privacy and a quiet retreat. Puja Room is placed in North East side.

Moving up to the first floor, the two main bedrooms are placed on either side .Further each space with these unique designs provide a versatile space for activities and   maximises the use of the space and gives  a productive corner brimming with fresh vibes and natural light. 



 To embrace the natural play of light and enhance the sense of openness, large windows were introduced throughout the home, with  seating designed to invite relaxation and frame the ever-changing light as it moves across the day. 

 Two  bedrooms extends out to a semi-private balconies, where a skylight overhead brings a soft, filtered glow into the space- creating a private, contemporary modern look. 

• Terrace Area 

The design splits the first floor into two distinct experiences. On the Southern side, the open-to-sky terrace becomes a much-needed 
The house showcases a modern look residence exemplifying contemporary architectural design through its clean lines, geometric volumes, and a balanced interplay of materials.
  1. Multiple balconies with railings provide outdoor retreats on each level, while a rooftop structure hints at the integration of sustainable features  The building’s form is both functional and aesthetically refined and cantilevers enhancing its overall beauty.

Building a home with  clients’ specific requirements is a difficult task. But Architect excels any project by having created his design philosophy-  that he follows in all his creations.  Architect
